As per the Provisions laid down by the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Act No. 33 OF 1989, dated 11/09/1989) & the Notification No. GSR – 316 (E) by Ministry of Welfare, New Delhi dated 31/03/1995 and as per the UGC Directives to be adhered and followed by Karmaveer Vyankatrao Randheer Arts, Science, Commerce College, Boradi.

OBC Cell
The OBC Cell was established with the purpose of empowering the OBC students. The cell is always engaged to solve the various problems of OBC students.
Composition:-
It may consist of 5 to 6 members. One of them is convener and others are members.
Functions
- To aware OBC students regarding various scholarships program of State Government.
- To council and guide OBC students about various issues and help them to manage academic activities.
- To resolve problems related to OBC students.

Minority Cell
Minority Cell basically aims at facilitating the minority students to excel in academics and personality development. It enhance equal opportunities for education of minorities by financial support to students from minority communities from governmental agencies and other sources.
Composition:-
It may consist of 5 to 6 members. One of them is convener and others are members.
Functions
- To ensure provisions for an environment where all such students feel safe and secure.
- To facilitate financial support to students from minority communities from governmental agencies and other sources.
- To be aware of the minority students regarding various scholarships program of Government.
- To ensure protection and reservation as provided in the constitution of India.

As Per the guidelines of UGC/Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Maharashtra, Redressal and Grievances Committee is reconstituted with the following members from academic year commencing from 2023-24 to accept, investigate and solve the complaints of stakeholders of Karmaveer Vyankatrao Randheer Arts, Science, Commerce College, Boradi.

Objectives:
- To develop a policy against sexual harassment of women at the Institute.
- To evolve a permanent mechanism for the prevention and redressal of sexual harassment cases and other acts of gender-based violence at the Institute.
- To ensure the implementation of the policy in letter and spirit through proper reporting of the complaints and their follow-up procedures.
- To uphold the commitment of the Institute to provide an environment free of gender-based discrimination
- To create a secure physical and social environment to deter any act of sexual harassment.
